Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which GPT Image 2 may issue refunds for subscription and pay-as-you-go purchases.
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.
2.2 Refund Eligibility
Subscription payments may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- You request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date;
- The Service was materially unavailable or defective during the billing period;
- Refund is required by applicable law.
2.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Partial use of a billing period;
- Change of mind after the refund window has expired;
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
3. Pay-As-You-Go Credits
3.1 General Policy
Pay-as-you-go credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
3.2 Unused Credits
Unused PAYG credits do not expire and remain available on your account.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@yourdomain.com with:
- Your account email address;
- The purchase or invoice reference;
- A brief explanation of the reason for your request.
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending resolution.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by reasonable means.
